Langeberg has been the worst experience ever....burgers were not close to what is advertised, food was cold and not freshly made. Looked and tasted worse than old leftovers. Will not support again and will not recommend branch to anybody.....simply bad!!

Food and service was amazing. I think her name was Momo, she invited us with open arms and even opened the door as we came in. Never received that at a MCD

McDonald's Langeberg Drive-Thru
The venue was good, for the first time I didn't use the drive through I took some time and dined in the restaurant with my family.We used the self service order screen and we were able to secure our order and meal delivered to our table within noticeable minutes.The restaurant is positioned in a busy corner with a dirty surrounding. Other than that everything was top notch.

MacDonald’s in Hartenbos was what to be expected by any franchise place, however, what did surprise me how clean it was (maybe it is new), how helpful their staff was and the integration of screen ordering (which I have seen overseas) but not locally until now. They even had a dedicated person to help them with the technology if they were struggling. There was also a drive-through on the outside, however, I dined in quickly between meetings. Plenty of parking and all on one floor so friendly for disabled or wheelchair people.

The service at Langeberg Mall's Mc Donald's was excellent. I would highly recommend then for their friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and delicious selection of Mac Cafe pastries.

A nice new McDonald's in Montagu. Good for a takeaway meal. Service was good and I received a smile which is always a bonus.

Staff are always so friendly and well dressed. they went out of their way to assist with smiles on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Chocolate doughnuts taste like cheesecake,stale and sour. Terrible service..Chips ice cold and please fix your drive through machine. Worst mc Donald's I've ever been to.

Consistent meals through out all their franchises. The automatic ordering system obviously in place as part of a staff reduction process. Rather support local companies that recruit local people.
