Sent a contact email from thier website, got no reply. Called them then and asked for a quote, got no reply. Service is clearly nonexistent.

The water suddenly started disappearing from my pool. Summerpools was asked to find and fix. First they said it was on my piping. By the time Summerpools was done they had replaced the suction line, the poolpump, the dial - all of which cost me. Eventually, when shown photographic evidence of lost water (now more than when they started), they chalked it up to evaporation and insisted I pay the bill because there was nothing wrong with the line". After I had the return line replaced by another company my waterline stopped dropping and the plants along the line suddenly stopped flourishing. No

Pool water level dropping. Got them to come out - paid a call out fee. They asked me to monitor the pool level and see where the water level stabilizes, which will help us identify the source of the leak.Now that I have identified it, getting them back out is impossible - no responses to mails.
