Sorbet Salon Mall of the South

Sorbet Mall of the South is awful, they should just close their entire nail bar or store!After two treatments at Sorbet Mall of the South, I can only conclude that they are on a mission to be as atrocious as possible - it must be one of their KPIs.Please avoid them at all cost. The receptionist is rude on both occasions, has no customer service or willingness to help. The nail technicians have subpar techniques, I have tried two different ones with the same results & service - please ensure they go back to training. They don't prep the nails properly, don't cut the cuticles, and are so unpleasant as though they just want to get it over & done with so it is hard to actually relax your hand. Then the gelish starts chipping after two days. Honestly, rather go to another sorbet if you want decent customer service & or bare minimum technique.So focused on chatting to each other instead of helping customers. Have no idea what's on their menu and to explain the difference between treatments.

Waited for my appointment to start, they forgot to inform the lady that I was waiting for her. And then she proceeded to rush through the waxing appointment, when I got home I found places she missed. Rated on regards to two experiences had at the shop so far

Very tiny salon...only 2 technicians were available at the last visit and there were 3 of us wanting to get our nails done. One of us had to wait.Received good and professional service from the technicians.The salon is very clean.

I was delighted that they were able to fit me in for a pedicure without an appointment. However, the technician was more interested in what her colleagues were doing than her own work. She barely looked at me and seemed oblivious to the fact that the feet she was working on were actually attached to a person. Not a good experience at all.

The service is garbage compared to other salons, honestly a waste of time and money.Had a pedicure done, they didn't buff the nail, they were so rude that I only ended up getting clear nail polish WHICH CRACKED AND FELL OFF AFTER ONE DAY. They insulted/were gossiping about my nails in front of me. Got charged for a service I didn't book for.My husband can speak and understand the language that they were speaking in and was there during the appointment, absolutely disgusting the way they were acting.

Nail lady didn't keep track of what procedures different clients are coming for. Insisted I did 2 soak offs when I only had polish on my fingernails when I came in. It takes forever at the tills as they are not aware of their own pricing and combos.

Booked for 9am. When I arrived I was told that the person was running late +/- 15 min. I said fine, I can wait 15 min. At 10 past 9, the receptionist phoned to see how far they were, the person said 15 min. I was then asked why I don't go across to Uniqbrows who charge more. I walked out
