The Mobile Groom Room

Used their services twice, the actual grooming was good enough, however the communication from the person handling the WhatsApp is extremely poor. I write this review not after 1 poor communication thread, but overall. I also read through reviews prior to posting my own and its strange to see the owner responds to great comments in a good manner, yet when a customer complains it always seems like there is backlash from the owner making it seem like it's the customers fault. This is poor business etiquette. I wish i could post my WhatsApp communication thread on here so that customers can what I mean when I say poor communication. They give you a date and an estimated time frame that they could arrive (example 1-3pm) , they don't show up, don't message, don't answer if you try calling. It's so unprofessional. Stop making excuses guys, just try and do better, it's simple

The Mobile Groom Room team is excellent. They are so friendly and efficient. They carry out such a great job. I will choose them every time. My pet dog loves them.

Thee worst customer service, really needs to look into a new system to manage customers I’ve used their service before and it was phenomenal but when I tried to use it the second time my appointments were cancelled twice without me knowing they refuse to answer my messages instead blatantly ignores it and I’ve been messaging for two weeks with the same frustrating outcome. Horrible.

If i could give no stars i would. the first time i used them they were on time and everything was done smoothly. the second time was terrible. Unfortunately I won't use these people again. Very rough and unprofessional with my dog who was so scared being spun and chucked around. he was choked and pulled by the lead. he is coughing and so scared of everything now. they put the dryer on him and he was banging his body in the tub. he is now terrified and hurt. also his hair is cut so untidily and he now he bald patches. they do not know how to handle pets. it was definitely NOT STRESS FREE MOBILE GROOMING as they advertise. my dog was screaming in that van

Honestly, If i had a choice of 'No star rating', i will use it. Their service was good but changed drastically. I will never recommend them again. Before The mobile groom room"' claims I'm looking for a discount or free treatment

If I could rate zero I would!!! Confirmed an appointment with me, let me know on the day the driver is late, ignoring all my follow up messages and calls, extremely frustrated......Terrible, making an appointment and never keeping it! Just being ignored, read alot of other reviews just now as well and it seems numerous customers complaining of the same thing. When we rate and post it, they reply to the review acting as if the person giving the bad rating requested a discount but in fact did NO SUCH thing!!! I also confirm here, I did not request a discount if you think you can use that excuse on me for ignoring my calls and messages.

Fantastic service, friendly animal loving staff. Really kind & caring with our dogs. Quick and easy and super convenient that they come to your home!
