Prenay and his team are absolutely the best at what they do. I have used there services for the passed 6 year's now and even though i sometimes get a so called cheaper priced offered to me by fly by nights, i choose Cool force over and over again. Their attention to detail and advice is second to none.

When they first came, two days before they were going to install the aircon to decide where it would be installed, I was told with confidence that they would be here at 7am on Friday morning. My wife and I got up an hour early to accommodate them. When they arrived at 9:45, after phoning the owner who didn't deem it necessary to offer an apology, the only guy they left here didn't have a pen or pencil to mark where he needed to drill, or an extension cord that he needed to actually use the drill.Three hours in when I went to check on the progress, the lone technician told me that he was waiting for a specific tool that he'd asked his boss an hour before to bring him, because he didn't have it with him.They have just completed the job and it's taken about 4½ hours when I was told that it should have taken about 2½ hours. Absolutely ridiculous!*Quick update*An hour or so after they left it's not getting cold. Save your money and your sanity and buy a fan!
