They were really friendly and welcoming, but I won't go back for four reasons. They constantly tried to sell services and products which became overwhelming really quickly, the stylist cut my very curly hair into a cut only suited for straight hair so now that it's curly again its not even close to what it looked like straight and I can't style it at all, she also took off a huge length of hair (10cm or more) after I asked for just a trim and a bit of shaping because I want to grow out my hair, and the lady at reception charged me R100 more than what she priced me over the phone so feeling a bit ripped off.

In all my years of going to Emiles, I've never been let down. I recently went and had my hair dyed for the first time with them and I was so nervous about it... They took suck great care of me and did a fantastic job with my hair! Everyone at Emiles is friendly and make you feel like family...I absolutely, 100% recommend them :)

Fabulous place. Definitely ask for Pam or Derick, who both give really great haircuts. The staff are really friendly and Emiles is well worth a visit

Lovely lady doing my awesome pedicure. A chair would have been more comfortable and cooler if the fan worked. Overall, a very nice experience ♥️

Do not offer people vouchers if you are going to treat them with such arrogance.The lady who answers phone calls, receptionist ? - was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the face of your salon.I have paid for three treatments, I have gone for the first one and I am considering not even returning. The atmosphere created is unfortunately dull, awkward and not relaxing.Please encourage your staff to be more friendly and kind. We come there to be treated special not stupid.Note: I was however extremely happy with my haircut done by Phili - she treated me with great care.

They did a great job on my and my girls (ages 6 and 10) hair. Really great. Enjoyed every minute and my daughters are so excited about their next appointment!
