Your pizza is oily ,your base is thick as bread ,you have me food poisoning a few month ago and that put me off for life !,1 pizza is equivalent to 30% cheese %20 base and 50% weird tasting oil residue .Great job (im clapping)

My experience was very bad, being only two customers in the store i had to wait very long to order and not even notified there is a delay or any smile or greeting from any staff i could have waited if there was some kind of communication, all the best

Absolutely pathetic. No system for orders and collections or Mr Delivery either. A shop that should allow 6 people due to COVID regulations has over 20 people just standing around(not including the Mr D drivers who walk in every so oftenl. Total disregard for the wellbeing and health of your customers in the middle of a pandemic.

Worst run Roman's ever. Called and wen I came to collect they said there is no order. They actually made me think that I called another branch and wen I checked my call records it was them. They made me place another order and wait while I had visitors at home. They gave my order to someone else and are too confused to admit it. USELESS ROMANS CHATSWORTH

The store won't do half cheese on my pizza at my request which I feel is nonsense. After speaking to the manager who didn't even give me time of day ,his reply was he could get fired . Spoke to the owner who was just as blunt as the manager and no joy. Keep going and keep losing customers is all I can say.

I recieved a call from the owner Mohammed, we had a lengthy conversation and we came to a resolution.***A change of employees is highly recommended for this branch of 'Roman's pizza'. Or train staff to be more friendly towards customers. They lack basic respect and some have an attitude.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff who both spent a long time taking telephone orders while we waited . Doesn't make sense that customers who are physically in the store are ignored . I left without placing my order . Surely at least one staff member should attend to the customers in the shop. It wasnt even busy but yet had to wait such a long time. The store policy must change with regards to how customers are served .
