Nothing like looking for assistance and advice, only to have a workshop nobody laugh you off and mock you as you turn your back to leave.I wasted my time and fuel visiting this place

Gert assisted us in the festive season after my 90 year old Dad’s car had a Gearbox breakdown. They came to us and towed the car to their workshop and within a week it was fixed. We also asked them to do a major service on the car and they gladly did that as well. Thanks to the whole gearbox team.

The worst service I have ever received in my life. Aircon refilled two months ago and very quick to take the money, we were told to bring the car back to have it checked for leaks in twee weeks we have been back three times and on all three visits they have not been willing to help and keep telling us to come back. Aircon is till not working and this is totally unexpectable.

I received excellent service from Konrad and Gert with the transmission problem of my Audi A1. They spotted issues with the fan belt and also assisted me with finding a rattle for which they spent two days non-charged. I would recommend this service provider as a professional, trustworthy and honest partner. Thank you Konrad & Gert.

Exceptional quality of workmanship. Since I've taken my cars to them, I had no more long term troubles with my cars. I have a 2008 ML 320 and this car only started to run more smoothly after they started working on it. The service is quite fast too and they always find a way to obtain scarce parts, especially since post COVID. I would recommend them to anyone not just on their workmanship but also based on their pricing. Very reliable place to take your vehicles for repairs and maintenance

I would just like to say thank you to Conrad for his kindness and patience when my car was dropped off there and there was a problem with my battery, thank you for sending someone from your team to get the new battery and testing the car afterwards and doing all of this for free for me. I really appreciate all your help.

They did help my find one possible problem that my BWM 320d E90 is. A strange nose that no one could identify. After assisting for free they said the the lower control arms needs to be replaced. That was true but found that the problem was the left front shock and top shock mounting. But for free they did steer me in the right direction. The control arms could wait as they are not so worn. But super helpfull and advise and testing was free. I can not complain.

Konrad went out of his way to source the parts as it's not readily available. Once everything was there the car went in and he kept me up to date with progress. What reallly set them apart from our recent interaction with an automotive company was the personal experience and the genuine interest to ensure you will be a repeat and loyal customer.When I arrived the team was busy fixing other small parts only because they noticed it could become an issue later, none of which he quoted for or asked to be paid more.
