I'm very much disappointed with the level of service I have received from this practice not only is the receptionist unprofessional but they don't adress patient's complaints and Dr Mathadeen does not report an incident.My mom brought in my son for a dental wash and filling,Where she was told only cash allowed. She left my son while dr. Mathadeen was washing his teeth and during that time she hurt my son with one of the sharp objects used, and sure mistakes happen but my biggest worry is the doctor not mentioning to an elder that she hurt the child. This happened on a Monday 27January 2020. My son started complaining on Thursday that he can't eat or brush his teeth because there's a big sore in his mouth.I called on Saturday as I only see my son on weekends, to lay a complaint . I was told they don't operate on weekends but they will convey the message to the Dr and ask her to call me 1st thing Monday morning.Not only was I called after 11AM , I was called by the receptionist. How does a receptionist call me regarding a matter she knows nothing about? I was then told the doctor is busy with a patient and she'll call me back after that patient.I waited for hours and eventually decided to call back around 3:30 PM, I was then told the doctor is busy and will call after the last patient.The doctor didn't call and so I called again this morning fuming, and the unprofessional receptionist told me there's no need to be so upset, I then told her she doesn't get to tell me how upset I should be of which she then dropped my call.So since my call was being rejected I asked my aunt to call, it was only after that I heard from the Dr. Which also was not pleasant seeing she tried defending her case then later asked if the child could be brought in. They could not get hold of my mom who takes care of the child, which meant the receptionist calling me to inform me. This is what she said this is the receptionist who does not know what she is doing

My mom brought my daughter to see the dentist on the 2nd of March 2023 for a toothache. She told my mom that they wont be able to assist them since they didn't make a booking, I called the dentist rooms and spoke to her , she indicated to me that they will see if my daughter will be attended to since there is load shedding at 10am. Initially she told them to go and come back after the power is back, but still uncertain if my daughter was going to be attended to. The dentist was able to take out the tooth, but the service from the receptionist, is plain rude, and makes me to not want to go back there again!

Specifically confirmed with the receptionist that they work on false teeth when I made the appointment for my mother. She even went for the first appointment and the dentist made some adjustments on her existing set with the agreement that she need another appointment to bring in the teeth to start working on a replacement set. When she went back the next week as agreed she was informed that they do not work on false teeth and that she must try another dentist. It obviously did not bother them taking her money for the first appointment. This is completely unethical.

Snippy the receptionist Is the best always ready to help in need. Dr. Thomas is a great and excellent Doctor. I have never felt so relaxed at a dentist in my live. Thanks Dr. And team.

Don't ever book an appointment with Dr Peer. He confirms appointments and when you arrive he is not here. It happened to me twice. Terrible service.. Use another dentist.

I (like many other people out there) have a fear for a dentist.I visited another practice about a month ago and was told I needed to have a root canal procedure done, they did a quick fox in the meantime for me, whilst I was placed on a waiting list for root canal. The quick fix left me feeling that I was hit in my face, swollen and very tender. 3 Weeks later, and still nothing. (not a care in the world that I was in pain)I phoned Dr. Thomas's rooms yesterday, told them what happened and they immediately helped with an appointment.What an experience!Dr Thomas is so gentle, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. He (as well as all the staff I met today) is so energetic, vibey, friendly and just amazing. From the moment you enter reception, you feel welcome.I highly recommend him and his practice, for any dental work.I actually walked out today, with no pain even after the beginning process of root canal. I am so happy with my new forever dentist. They are here to actually help their patients, and not just make money out of them. a Dentist with a passion for what he does.Thank you Dr Thomas and team for changing my mind about dentists today. You are such an amazing bunch!

Dr Shazia Mathadeen is by far the best Dentist I've ever had the privilege to visitHer Dental work is of the highest quality and she is cincerely dedicated to the wellbeing of each and every patientI chipped my two front teeth more than a decade ago and never had the courage to have them crowned I was afraid they're going to look bulky and unnatural compared to my other teeth like some crowns I've seen before. But Dr Mathadeen made me feel at ease and paid attention to all my concerns reassuring me that they will look 100% natural and they look amazing just as she promised ! I am so greatful for her she has changed my biggest fear into my greatest blessing

Disappointed after my husband's checkup for him to be sent home and told to get authrisation for a crown. My Medical Scheme said I do not need authorisation, so what was the point- another appointment?

If you ever need the perfect Dentist for a child, please go see Dr Thomas. He makes them feel special and at ease! He is full of energy and I can truly see he absolutely loves his job. He is amazing. His staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. I will never take my girls to any other Orthodontist ever again.

I started to know about this practice when sons friends got a good service, he wasvabout six years, today hes 13 yrs, this place has always been his s home, me and my husband also joined, their service is excellent, in 2017 i was attended by Dr Mathedeen and her assistant nurse Patricia for my brittle painful teeth, 6 cri mustiowns later, i have an amazing smile, never payed any co-payment as their rate is of medical requirements.
