Charing Cross Photo

I’d just like to say that charring cross is beyond the best printing shop I have ever been to, the previous people that I went to were nothing but rude. But at charring cross photo Iain and the other workers in the shop are as kind and helping as can be. So greatful for there services and highly recommend printing/framing with them. I give them 10* if were possible!!!!

I just got my passport photos here after braving a local post office for them. These guys are great, polite, efficient and my photos look like a decent human. The ones from the post office would get me arrested. Lol. Thanks team

This shop has been going strong for over 16 years and I first went there 10.5 years ago when living in the area. They do great photos, framing and have very good service. After not having been there for a long time (not printing much photos since going digital and parking around the shop is rather shocking due to the busy road), I am happy to rediscover this great shop. I just had a big canvas print made (80x120cm) from a photo and the result is fantastic. Sure I could have let it done cheaper when going with harvey norman on line but then it just goes to a big lab and I like good, local and personalised service and that is what you get here. Very happy!

It sounds like they are great at printing but don't get your passport photo done there. I have tried and it took three goes for each of me, my daughter and husband to get one that was acceptable to the passport office.

Iain and the team are not only responsive, but incredibly professional and I would recommend CCP to anyone looking to have something printed &/or framed. Top shelf service and outcomes. Thanks!

Gosh they’re good. These guys are so reasonable. They know what they’re doing and they take the time to talk to you about the process in terms you understand. I first met Iain when I took in an old photo I wanted to get blown up as a gift for my Mum. He talked me through the process and was extremely humble, explaining the cost (very reasonable) and that I might not get the desired outcome due to the nature of the print. It looked great!! I’ve since taken 3 large scale artworks in to get framed - all three were very difficult jobs: a (very creased) print on linen, and two thin paper poster prints. Eli did the framing for me and was beyond accommodating. Both Eli and Iain took so much time talking to me about how we could get the best result for these difficult jobs and we’re not in the slightest phased when I threw a few curve balls at them. I would trust them with anything - they are a delight to work - relaxed and friendly - and they know their stuff! Oh, and they even got the creases out of the linen ☺️ THANK YOU CHARING CROSS PHOTO!!

Fantastic quality, the team were very knowledgeable and guide us through the affordable choices. The staff were super friendly and I felt the artwork was safe in their hands.

Very knowledgeable and helpful/kind, but unfortunately quite impatient and with lower than expected attention to detail toward a good completed project. Everyone has a bad day of course, but unfortunately this was my experience. I should have come back on a third visit before locking in final specifications and put less factors in their control. Live and learn!

Obnoxious! Zero basic customer service. Completely ignored for ages just to inform me they don’t offer the service I require. Top notch self important jerk!

Cannot recommend this place enough! Was worried at first because I went to them with three reels of film which spanned over the past 7 months and didn't want any one to be lost. Next day I pick them up, not only do they offer to print the photos in matte which I think looks amazing they are also efficient, wonderful quality and not too expensive while offering a digital copy for just an extra $5. Thank you very much guys!
