Worst experience I have ever had!, and this is coming from someone who visited the H/O or distribution center in parkmore!. I come from Botswana where having cold water at your touch is needed, most of my family and friends use your product.Arrive at the shop park on the road, tried to phone the land line at 10h00 twice just rings and no answer.Go to the gate wait outside until you get noticed, ask for the stuff I need. Get handed it without knowing a price, staff looking for a pen to create an invoice can’t find one so you ask the security! Are you kidding me! You have the admin team asking the security guard for a pen!!.Ask the price for everything get told 730, they don’t accept an instant eft, Mastercards or visa, only cash.So I drive off to the the bank draw money hand them 750, expecting to get change, takes awhile security comes to me and says sorry no change…Yup apparently the price increased whilst I was drawing money!.Advice to everyone - it’s not worth it! Move on. If this is service for when I am a repeat customer driving from Botswana I would hate for a local to go thru the same pain.

I drove all the way to their offices to find out they don't accept payment via card, they accept cash only. I think in today's age, cash payments only" shouldn't apply anymore

We had terrible water in our home, we added the Little Luxury tap water filter- and much to our surprise it works brilliantly. We also use the Little Luxury cooler. We needed some advice and service- they are knowledgeable and honorable indeed.

Got a 3-stage tap filter from here. Not bad just remember to replace your filter every 2-3 months.

Love my Little Luxury water filter. Ordered via Dischem but when I phoned Little Luxury for extra installation help they talked me through it. Truly changing the amount of water I now drink which I was struggling with before. Plus it’s way more environmentally friendly than my water filter jug as I had to throw out so much plastic every time I replaced the filter. A real game changer for me.
