Firstly they didn't have our colour we requested, no one told us. The order was overdue,again no call. We had to call and go to the place to find out what was the hold up. Then they go ahead and order a similar colour without asking us. No communication at all. I had to cal. Very frustrating. Very poor service.

They are a father son business. Prices are ok but they have no showroom and if the son serves you then you got to wait for the father to give you a firm price. So whats the point of the son serving you if he cant give a fixed price.

I first purchased carpets from Horizon nine years ago, excellent carpets at excellent prices. I have now purchased carpets and vinyl flooring for my new home and the service from Uncle Fuaad and his team were excellent. They waited patiently to install despite numerous delays. Carpets were installed without dealy when I was ready and the team was professional, neat and fast.
