The food flavours were great. The Zulu dancing outside while you dine was a nice experience. A bit pricey so it's okay for a special occasion. Seeing that it was our wedding anniversary it was a treat.

We really enjoyed the food here. Their line fish was cooked to perfection & they had quite a variety of options. Some of the best Jalapeño poppers I've eaten & the ribs were very tasty.Unfortunately, our waitress was very unfriendly from greeting to serving. However, the young woman that works as a runner was just lovely & her personality & sense of humor shone through - she was our favourite person at the establishment & in my humble opinion should be serving tables not clearing them.All in all, it's a great option to dine at while in St Lucia

Best eatery in St Lucia. We visited 3 times, once for brunch milkshakes (very nice) and twice for dinner. The portions are very large, well-priced and excellently prepared. Staff are friendly and attentive, and know the menu well. Will definitely visit again.

I want to write a complaint to the owners of the Reef and Dune restaurant. I don't want to write a complaint to be nasty or mean but to inform them, because one day they will get customers that will want to be nasty.So first of all. We arrive and the waitress never once informed us that the power was out, we never assumed much as the lights and were still shining bright. As we were ready to order, having our mouths watering read for the food we were about to order. The watress tells us after ordering that the power is off and they can't deep fry anything, including chips that comes with half the items on the menu. My meal I wouldn't say was worth the price I paid for it. I understand that the ingredients might cost to that price but it simply wasn't very yummy to eat as I would expect from such a place. Was our second time here and we loved it. We had Strawberry Gin & tonics, mojito, Pina Colada and Long Island ice tea along with burgers, fish and pizza. The kids play area is also fantastic with very friendly staff attending to the kiddies if need be. Only thing is when loadshedding hits, some food items are not available on the menu. Two of the dishes I was looking forward to was not available because of this.

We had a wonderful and fun evening at the restaurant. Ordering the sea food platter and prawn tails as a starter was the perfect combination. We had wine and tap water to round up our meal. The food was delicious and prices are reasonable. Service was a bit slow, hence in total it’s only four points.

The restaurant has a top location, is clean and has a great play area for kids. We came for dinner and the restaurant was not completely full so we got easily a table without booking in advance. The food was fairly good even though the portions where really not big (especially the side dishes). We ordered the fish of the day and it was tasty!The issue was the service. We’ve been to so many different places and we can immediately recognize poor, average and top notch service. Maybe they just had a bad day but they didn’t greet us upon arrival. We looked ourselves for a table. When the waiter arrived (we had 3 different people serving) all where very quiet and somehow quiet and stressed. They won’t tell you anything unless you specifically ask for it. They served us the another wine because the one we ordered was finished. This is not a problem but they won’t tell us so we just got a rose instead a white one. We had to ask for every single thing we needed, the service team was honestly cero proactive. I ordered my fish with a salad but they won’t bring you any dressing unless I asked for it. I asked for a kids cups, they see we have 2 kids but they will just bring one. This just to mention a few examples. I’d like to visit again to see if this was a one time situation but honestly I’m not so sure.

Friendly service and good food. Bit too much Brie on the pizza, could taste nothing else and the chips were over done on the calamari. Menus need an update and new covers. Manager friendly and attentive, dinner waitress could of had a personality ;).

The best restaurant in St. Lucia. The service, ambience and food quality is outstanding. Large menu with seafood, pizza, burgers, fresh large salads, chilli poppers and plenty of vegetarian options too. Staff and Maitre D are equally as lovely.. definitely worth the visit .
