Purchased a set of drawers from them. We had to send it back due to the amateurish varnishing. If you are going to buy from here, make sure that you scrutinise your purchase thoroughly.

Great selection of Pine furniture in big showroom. The prices are in line with other custom furniture outlets. Staff not super accommodating or helpful and website is a bit outdated/boring. Good quality furniture though

Terrible service from a lady that clearly does not care about the business. Was totally unhelpful to the point that me and my daughter felt as though we were taking up her time. Where has customer service gone to in Durban? The staff desperately needs training in how to deal and talk to customers .especially in how to give correct information. Maybe it is because they don't really get paid well ,clearly hey job is not valued by her. Won't be going back her in a hurry again.

Worst service ever!No one sent the paper work through to the factory after I order a unitI waited two weeks and then phoned them on the thursday only to be told that the unit had not even been made yet and the delivery date was set for that SaturdayThey promised me delivery the following week .I had to phone again late Friday as delivery was set for Saturday morning only to be told that they were having trouble with the varnishing.No one contacted me .I had to do all the phoning.Never again will I order from them.

Gone backwards, unfriendly staff, don't offer stain paint anymore, don't take special orders, sad as used to be a good shopping experience

Staff treat you like you dont know a thing! They are extremely rude and they fool you with their prices. Will never make use of this shop again. Most off the stock is damaged and they try to sell it to you at full price.
