Been there for a quote. Staff was friendly and assisted with joy. Also had chips on my windscreen filled, took a few minutes and I was off. Such a great place, not sure if they do visits as well.

Friendly staff. responds quickly. i went on saturday to fit my back windscreen glass and the guy who does smash and grab had a family emergency. they promised to come do it on Tuesday and i did not even had to call them, they called me first and the smash and grab was done.great service from all NST AUTO GLASS MEMBERS.

Poor Substandard ServiceI was quoted for a Fuyao windscreen and had it installed on 2019-04-27. I left the car at the shop and when I returned I noticed that the bonnet of my car had been scratched when they removed the old windscreen. When I pointed this out to the staff I was asked…”Do you own dogs?” (I don’t even have dogs). Needless to say they talked around this and ignored it. (If you have a nice car, be aware)Next issue was that there was bubbling around the rain and light sensor of the new windscreen, once again I was told that the sun will sort this out in a few days. (IT HASN’T)But behold when I get home I notice that I DO NOT HAVE A Fuyao WINDSCREEN but some other cheaper brand installed on my car.I called Louis who gave me the initial quote who then after trying to convince me they are the same admits that I have a cheaper brand and that they would reimburse me the difference. It is now almost 4 weeks later and I still have not received a penny. Upon following up I was told: “oh sorry we don’t have your banking details (but last time you said we will sort you out) please whatsapp it”. Bank details were sent and guess what, still waiting. Sent another follow up and the response was “we will confirm with accounts”…I am still waiting…I wrote this review to forewarn anyone of using this business, if you consider doing this, make sure you check the windscreen brand. They cut corners and try and save money, on an already reduced price. There are many businesses out there that do this, with way better quality and better customer service.
