Oh man. I had the worst Dr’s experience here. I was seen by a certain red haired Dr. I was the last patient for the day and I had made an appointment. She was in a hurry the whole time, she was cursing banging things and basically rushed me out the door as I tried to explain things. All she kept saying was “I am late” for whatever it was. If she knew she was late, she should have had a different person see me then, why did she agree to see me if she was late? They took my full R600 for the worst experience in my life of seeing a Dr. Suffice to say I didnt go back for a followup.

I went here twice last year for covid-related symptoms and left extremely invalidated and undermined on both occasions. The first visit, I was not issued a prescription for medicine as the doctor had said that the virus was still amongst us, so it is inevitable and I should wait it out since it was a weekend and I would be better by the Monday. I then had to go to the pharmacy in my own because I was terribly sick and needed medication. On the second visit, the doctor insisted I take a normal covid test and not the rapid, since it was expensive, and used a random swob that sitting on the doctors desk. To this day, I have yet to receive my results. The staff and the doctors are not the friendliest of people either, I will not be back unfortunately.

I went to riverside to get blood tests done. I was told I would be given a call with my results within a week. A week passed, nothing. I decided to wait. 2 weeks passed, I called and was told someone would immediately get back to me. Waited for that someone, never called. Another week passed I called again and was told I’d be emailed my results nothing. It’s now been well over a month and I’m still waiting for my results. I genuinely do not recommend at all. There is no sense of urgency especially in an industry that requires urgency.

I have been visiting their practice since 2016, their service is great with everyone willing to help you when needed.While all their doctors are caring and kind, the standout star for me is Dr Cornell who never fails to get his diagnosis right. He is also compassionate and willing to lend an ear. It is always a pleasure to meet him, with his jolly spirit and adventurous stories that make you want to come back. Thanks doc for your help, always.

Great practice, however awful with time management. Almost all appointments I have made over the years have been 45 minutes to 1 hour later than the appointment time. I understand consolation times are hard to predict however that's just not an acceptable length of time to wait.

My new GP found! Attentive, friendly and welcoming. Came with a very long (and awkward) condition and felt totally comfortable with Dr Kennedy.Originally booked for Dr Blumenthal (also brilliant), who was unavailable, but I am glad that I discovered Dr Kennedy.Very impressed and would highly recommend this thorough and approachable Doctor.

Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if I waited 45 minutes to see a doctor and ended up just leaving. You might as well go to a walk in clinic and wait your turn.Receptionists are very friendly and I went here for years. That does not make up for the wait every time I come here.

Extremely unprofessional. Doctor examined my sore throat with her cellphone torch, didn't give any real feedback or advice and then proceeded to charge me R700 for the consultation.Definitely won't be going back.
