Party City - The Glen
Called party city - the Glen. To enquire if the blow up balloons with helium and how much it cost. Also enquired if I bring my own balloons. Get to the store and im told they don't fill helium if you don't buy the balloons there. Such incompetent staff. I drove all the way from randburg for nothing. Its unfortunate that they don't offer 0 stars.

Lovely service..they should put the it's a boy/girl stickers closer together in the gender reveal balloon for pictures.
