They did a sub par job on reupholstering two chairs. They took them back to repair but then stopped replying to messages. Weeks later I had to go and collect them myself after they kept promising to deliver the chairs. They ruined the woodwork on the chairs which now need to be repaired. Shocking lack of communication and service. Would not recommend.

Selling me covers that was promised to be waterproof and it’s not. After asking how they will fix it, no communication at all. I was a extremely happy customer but they disappointed me by not responding to any of my requests regarding their faulty product.

I paid in full (about 3k) for a vintage la-z-boy to be recovered, and it was returned to me the wrong colour, and with a broken recliner mechanism. It was working before. I sent it back and asked Emmanuel to supervise and make sure it would be repaired. He bought it back with new padding the second time (fixing the gross smell) and a colour that was almost right. However, the chair is still broken. It is unusable. I have been trying to follow up since he promised (again) to try repair it but he hasn't arrived at the arranged time - twice - and didn't communicate that he couldn't make it. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. I first contacted him in October, so it's been very protracted and frustrating. I chose the business on recommendation from a fb group. Everyone who I've interacted with was very friendly and charming, especially in person, but the promises were great and the delivery was not.Update: The chair has come back (third time). It's squeaky and a bit squiffy but can now be used.
