I was so impressed with the service I recieved here. They kept me updated with what was wrong with my car and gave me a time that it would be done. Nick really goes the extra mile for his customers.Got my car back at the time they said and it had been beautifully washed.Would definitely recommend getting your car serviced or repaired here.

Worst service ever! They caused some serious damage to my car and they refused to fix it. Their head office is useless. Also their terms and conditions, and six month warranty mean nothing. Only go there if you have a good lawyer!

After waiting to check my vehicle in for 15 mins after they took the keys, I chose to take my keys back and go elsewhere. Over and above the minor service there was roughly another R6 300 to spend on shocks etc which was their loss.I will not support any business who does not value me as a customer.

i took my vehicle in for brakes to these guys for the first time and i am happy with their service and will be definitely going back.Dylan answered all the technical questions that i had, the team is amazing. One of the senior technicians drove with me after my brake service to make sure that the noise i was hearing before bringing in the vehicle is gone.AMAZING....AMAZING...AMAZING SERVICE AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.Thanks Car Service City Woodmead team

I can't recommend these guys more. I've been taking all of my cars out service plans here for years. They have never let me down and I always leave smiling.They are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to help. Even when you add some thing on the day of your service. Everything is explained to you, recommendations are made to prevent future problems that are common on the car.Keep it up guys!!!

Wow, I can say a mouthful about Car Service City in Woodmead. Dealon, Debra, the driver and the mechanics. These guys are just outright wonderful. Eversince we started taking our cars to them, we've never had a single complaint, but only praise for them. Their professionalism in dealing with what needs to be done in your car, parts needed, service and their communication is top notch. A friendly service with a smile, thats what characterises this branch.I'm glad to have met these guys and would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work, Dealon. You guys are the best.

Invest in your own tools and learn how to fix simple stuff people! The manager quoted me for a new transmission instead of doing a simple transmission oil change. When I asked why they said these cars need new transmissions
