Just built our first home with Dale Alcock Homes. Sharelle was our Home Sales Consultant. She is very knowledgeable, very honest, helpful and was there for us every step of the way. It just felt right with her. Being first home builders, she made sure she understood what we want and need.A year later, (due to covid delays) we finally have our keys and are super happy with the quality and build.You may think they are expensive but that is what premium means, you pay for something that is truly worth it. From building process and right to the end, we were kept informed.I would highly recommend using them as you will have no problems building with this company.

Great at selling you a product to get your business. But all falls over from Pre-Start to end of construction. Took 18 months to build our property an was told property done by dales north of river completed with 12-13 months. Communication is terrible, other build other ABN evident were built faster. Would I recommend Dales a the answer is No. would i recommend celebration homes under ABN group yes… who would of those purchasing cheaperProduct would get you better service

We went from purchasing a block, to having floor plans drawn up, and a PWC signed in 3 days (due to personal reasons).Our new home consultant Brian Macauley worked around the clock to make it happen for us and we couldn't be more grateful.He was detail focused, attentive, and last but definitely not least incredibly honest.Our experience so far has been nothing short of amazing and we truly cannot wait to see our vision, for our new home, come to life.

Starting the build process I had always heard of Dale Alcocks great reputation and was not disappointed!Our new homes consultant Robert Hewison has been extremely helpful and an absolute delight to work with. He gave us valuable insights, design ideas and recommendations to help us create our custom house plan which will work not just for today but for many years to come.The overall process, response times and inclusions have gone above and beyond our expectations.Thank you to everyone involved so far who have created a dream build experience for us.Excited for the next steps!

my home consultant Greg Chumming has been extremely helpful, professional and has an extensive knowledge base that he brings to every consult. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him, he has made navigating through this daunting process seamless and reassuring that I have made right choices.He has gone above and beyond to seek clarification/information where i was in doubt. As second time home builders in Australia, our experience with Dale Alcock exceeded our expectations. Our Sales Consultant, Harry Lewer remained involved through out the process. The feedback and progress process utilised is amazing and we have never felt uninformed at any time. With the pre-construction processes being that good, we feel confident in the construction process itself.

As first home buyers, my fiancè and I were completely unbiased to consulting with any particular builder. When we first met Harry, his honesty was the key thing that resonated with us and immediately we knew we would enjoy our experience. He was able to deliver on his promises and fought hard for everything we wanted in our first home, and it has made us very excited to build with Dale's. We look forward to seeing the finished products and already have high hopes for our build. Our Dale Alcock build so far has been such a refreshing experience. After spending months and months walking around show homes being ignored we finally met the most genuine and passionate salesman that has helped us over and over again with our building journey to date. We were not sure whether we were in a position to start this build but after being guided and helped through the finance checks and have had chance to design our own home to be exactly what we have always wanted within the budget that we can afford. We are incredibly lucky to have had the chance to meet with such a wonderful team and their on going support as we approach the construction phase has restored our hope in building after an awful first experience with another builder.

As buyers from the UK waiting to emigrate, we were almost totally ignorant about the whole house building process in Australia. We were concerned to find a builder that we could feel confident about leaving to get on with the build whilst we were back in the UK. Having not seen our home since it was just a piece of land, we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried - Alan and the team had done the most fantastic job and the house is perfect. The build quality is superb and we could not have hoped for a better experience with a builder.Our heartfelt thanks again to everyone involved and especially to Harry who has continued to be super efficient and helpful when we had a minor query regarding the NBN connection after moving in.

My husband and I are currently building with Dale Alcock and have had a fantastic experience with Harry Lewer as our consultant. This has been worlds apart from the experience we had building our previous house. From the beginning Harry has been attentive, thorough, genuine, very patient with our never ending changes and questions, and most of all, he has always kept to his word. Harry understands our perspective and offers help and suggestions to get us the best outcome. The house we are building is a home that we will live in with our growing family for the most part of our lives, and Harry has helped us to design and plan something of high quality that we are absolutely happy with and excited to live in! Dale Alcock has a great reputation and we can see why. The new showroom is absolutely luxurious with beautiful inclusions to select from.
