What a pleasant experience.I had a lot of pain and couldn't get an appointment right away.The receptionist called me twice to ask if I am still ok. She also spoke to the Dentist and told him about what I was experiencing. Super friendly, helpfull and professional.Dr Coetzee did a great job. So calm, collected and patient. I never felt any pain during the procedure. Will definitely recommend this dentist highly.

Im not sure if the previous reviewer has the wrong dentist, but I and my family have had nothing but multiple positive experiences with Dr Coetzee. I, my wife and mother have been and we will keep coming to see him. His manner is friendly, unhurried & professional, talking you through what he is going to do next, even providing little warnings if some pain is expected. He educates you about dental hygiene and good brushing/flossing practice – you never feel rushed. He has an excellent, almost 'old-school' bedside manner. His prices are fair & reasonable, and he sometimes even waives the cost of an x-ray.

Very friendly reception staff, however the dentist is extremely rude towards his patients. The dentist also never has enough time for his patients, so be prepared for multiple expensive appointments when you see this dentist. You can see for him it's all about the color of your money!All and all I won't be visiting this dentist again!Edit: I definitely have the right dentist. I went to see another dentist because I was really short on time and could not drive to the other side of town to see my usual dentist (Dr. SJ Coetzee) at that time. Long story short, it turned out that I had some problems that required major repair. Feeling quite comfortable with Dr. Coetzee I asked if he would be able to do the repairs and sent through my x-ray to his office. I explained to them that I am very short on time and that it would not be possible for me to come in multiple times also if possible I would like to use the previous x-rays (I did not want to do multiple x-rays unnecessarily, both for cost and health reasons). They assured me that it would not be necessary and that the doctor would be able to use the x-rays.Upon my arrival (even before the doctor stated any examination), I quite quickly found out that it was a huge problem for the dentist to use the x-rays from the previous doctor as he quite literally told me that it would be better for me to go back to the dentist where the x-rays were taken because I was wasting his time! I wish they would have told me this when I called beforehand, then I would have never bothered to make the appointment with him.
