Went for breakfast yesterday, was sorely disappointed, as a diabetic, avo and toast is the only breakfast option I have at spur and have had it many times, however this time, they spaced the avo like it was gold and my sisters breakfast was missing her hash brown. They only told us they were out of hash browns after we asked where it was, as if hoping we wouldn't notice. We were disappointed by this visit.

Had an amazing experience at Spur Westgate Mall today, the food was outstandingly delicious and our waiter, Paul, gave us great service with a smile. Thank you guys for the amazing experience! Will be returning again soon.

Came in, was seated waited 10 mins for our order to be taken after we flagged down someone. Two tables who came after us, literally ate, paid and left already and we didn't receive our food yet.The waiter never once came to tell us if or why there is a delay with our order, nor ask if everything was okay.After waiting and waiting, flagged him down and asked if we can cancel order as food is taking too long.A manager came and asked the issue.He then shouted to behind the grill the customer is complaining guys where is the food"Then 5 mins later our food appeared with clearly stale chips.Even then

We were sitting long to be served. Until a lady who is not assigned to our table serves us. Seems there is no structure . They should have a better plan at hand. I know it was loadshedding at this time, but planning is everything. All the people were waiting long for their food and every time they had to apologise for the long wait.The best to apologise up front so a person could be aware of delays

We waited long for our order, then got to the car and there was no salt or anything for the chips and onion ring it was bland with no taste when I was done eating wanted to wipe my hands and no serviats none nothing to wipe my hands with gerkins laying all over in the box everywhere except on the burger goodness
