Perfect security company i ever worked on.....

I am one unhappy customer. We had our alarm system installed and paid but our Technician (Carlo) never came to show us how the system works. We had an appointment and he never arrived. I phoned Rescom and they said they can't get hold of him but they can send someone out for R400.00 call out fee. Why should we pay more if the technician did not even pitch up for his appointment. They promised they will let him know to come the next day and still no Technician. Eventually another Technician was sent to us and as i understand they have another appointment and said they will come back to assist further, no one pitched again. The alarm went off Saturday evening and no one called us. If this is how the services is, how would they react when there is a real dangerous situation?

I’ve been using Rescom Security Services for the longest of time living in Vanderbijlpark.Recently moved and got such a shock at how they handled my termination of services.Needless to say ,I am sure we will never use their services again in the future or even recommend them,customer service is simply not top priority to them.

Rescom is a very reliable and their service is excellent. Needed a ambulans and the help we got was great. I thank you very much

When I stayed with my brother and his wife in Vanderbijl, they were clients of Rescom. The armed response officers are friendly. I used to be an armed response officer many years ago in Bloemfontein and I know that it is not an easy job. So I really appreciated the friendly people at Rescom. Technical team are quite good.

We had been paying Rescom for their services for over a year, only to find out our alarms are not even connected to Rescoms control center. They then said they would send their team to fix this. The team never arrived. Have since moved to another company.

If you don't mind being billed 4 X on the same date for the same month then Rescom is for you. (Yes four seperate times!). If you won't like it, I suggest you stay away. Promises of a refund seems empty at this stage. It seems everything is blamed on a third party (Fulcrum Collect) while my contract is (was?) with Rescom. Very poor service which does not even deserve the one star.

Incompetent service department. I booked 2 weeks in advance for the service they didn't finish the 1st time because the technician had to knock off at 6pm. He came in late for the appointment made for 3pm. Now the second technician can't make it on time also because he is double booked, so he will only make it to me at around 5pm just like the 1st technician. I specifically make these appointments at reasonable times indvace too. I have never skipped my payments and I paid for this specific service requested too. I am disappointed and canceling my subscription. Thank you for your services
