If the gatekeeping receptionist was better informed/trained, I wouldn't have wasted 30min in a queque to then be told I was at the wrong address for what I needed. Otherwise clean and orderly.

DANGER FOR COVID - staff don’t wear masks properly and they don’t screen people for temperatures. Had to come here once over lockdown and the security guards were playing Napoleon complex ego games. If you have to come, be ready for their games and be vigilant with your own decontamination. This is definitely not a sanitary place now.

Fortunately this office is run by the Western Cape Government. Staff very efficient and helpful. National Government can only learn from them. Well Done

If you walk into the department, it's great. you don't need to wait too long before getting helped, however, should you need to call them then I would recommend buying a 6 pack of beers while you wait for a consultant". They are so slow at responding to phone calls and I question if anyone ever checks their emails."
