Worst company ever, 6wks no net, called 100 times, paying for 4mbps getting 1012ping 0.17mbsp speed...failed to fix it but still takes my money. Dont waste your time

This company is not serious when it comes to business. I have been ordering their service since April and if you speak to their sales people, they tell you to send emails and after that you never hear from them. I wont be surprised when they get out of business.

Nothing but pain (except for the onsite technicians who were complete champs - deserving the one star I'm obliged to give PoorlOnline). If you have any other option don't risk it. Expensive, the speed is rarely what I pay for, service is intermittent, no customer service out of office hours, and it took about a year to solve a billing error.

It is with a heavy heart that I read through these reviews and need to echo the sentiments of all the others. This used to be such a good service provider, but has declined over the last year and I am cancelling my service on Monday. I have an active ticket logged to them for almost 3 months already without a reply. I pay for a 4mb line, speedtest does not even come close to 1mb. Pathetic

You get the speeds you pay for and at a good price, however the latency to local servers is pathetic and to international servers even more so. There are always random disconnects and severe packet loss( 10-30%PL ) Not recommended for gamers or any internet user that seeks good connection quality, At a time their network was incredibly stable, this is no longer the case though. They have great potential as a WISP and I really hope they get the quality of their network back up to standard.

Not responsive. Says that they will phone back but never do. No support over weekends. Tried to phone them now and their phone is out of service. This is only the latest in a plethora of other tales with this ISP.

We pay R2000 a month for internet and we struggle with no connection to internet regularly. Not a happy customer.
