I have been a rental client for approx 8 years. Rent Runners were my managing agents. They ran a full suite service at a 5 star level. Integrity, compassion and professionalism are their brand. I would not hesitate to recommend them as experts in their field. They even sold my property when the time came. Giving the same high level of service.

5 years ago, I decided to move to New Zealand. The property market was not great to sell. Rent Runners was recommended to me. They took over the management of my properties. It was the best decision I made. Their service was always excellent. Communication was never a problem, and every request was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. Any maintenance issues were dealt with without any problems. Excellent communication with tenants was always in place.I highly recommend Property Runners for any type of property. They were very professional till the day I sold my properties. To live abroad far from your assets can create problems but when managed by a professional team that you can trust makes everything easier.A special thanks to Ruan, Ethel, Thea, and Chris. I have mixed feelings about this company. They managed my tenant very well (who had already been sourced when they took over the rental contract) and have been friendly and easy to work with, but once the apartment was empty it stayed empty...for 6 months. I understand the difficult market, but my apartment complex is very popular and there has definitely been movement here. I was told that it is hard to place good tenants at the moment, but upon speaking to other apartment owners at the complex who had agents, they were shocked at the 6 months vacancy. Their reputable agents did not seem to have these problems. Times are hard and money short, but there has to be a line drawn here. And to top it all off, once the mandate to sell ran out after 3 months, another agent contacted me immediately with an acceptable purchase price. I feel so frustrated with RentRunners now as they could have done more (instead of apparently just putting up the 'to rent' sign 3 weeks before the mandate was set to expire). 6 months of my life savings gone, and I could have sold the apartment much sooner had I not accepted sole mandate. My mistake, and one I will not repeat again.

Very Friendly, Professional and One of the best estate agencies in Randburg in my opinion. I had leased out a property using property runners as the managing agents and had no issues from start to end. I would Highly recommend to anyone looking to lease out their property in the Randburg/Jackal Creek/Northgate areas.

I experienced a splendid service from Rent Runners as a tenant. They are always available when needed, even during after office hours. They have such a great team. The team is made up of professional and hard working individuals.When there are issues to be resolved they'll keep the communications flowing with updates until it is resolved. They handle their admin very well e.g. lease management, updates on monthly rent payments with no calculation errors, etc.Even during last days of my lease, I received a great service. Among other things, moving out was arranged and handled well, deposit was paid back timeously with zero hustle. Great job!
