Jenny Internet

We have been struggling with our Internet for 6 months now, and the local service provider never seems to have a answer as to why our Locals are struggling, your agent said we must upgrade but when we have loadshedding and our Generator is on we have internet but as soon as Eskom are back. NO Internet. what a joke

If I could give 0 stars that is what they would get, they do not call back, they say the internet is fixed then my line speed is still sub par, when you request them to escalate or investigate they always make it out as if your equipment is broken the problem is never on their side, at this current moment if you want to go for Jenny internet I would highly go against that as their after sale service is the worst and when you request credit notes for having sub par (less than 2mbps internet) they only give R100 or so off we are paying for a 15mbps line I would not recommend them EVER.when you request a call back and no one ever phones you back I have used multiple rands and hours of airtime due to them not providing feedback or calling back

From the start Jenny and it's personel have been very friendly, professional and accommodating to me. The service has been smooth and the Fibre works really well and they are quick to reply on queries. Although Jenny does not have the most competitive pricing in Potchefstroom, the value of the service delivery I have received greatly compensates for it. I would definitely recommend Jenny and I am very satisfied. Thanks guys! Keep it up :).

When it comes to customer support and service delivery, Jenny is truly incredible! Probably the best experience I've had in my entire life, so far. For Jenny Internet, Newcastle branchI returned home on a Friday late p.m. from a business trip to find that all communication links (internally linked to our router) to Jenny Internet were lost, and I could not re-link no matter how many times I rebooted.We logged a call and spoke to a young lady named Denelle Parsuramen. She stayed online to assist (might I say persisted and persevered) for 3 hours. I thought that, when it came to her knocking off, she would just drop us like a rock.......not a chance - Denelle eventually handed me over to Ethan (their boffin) and at 7.45 pm my problem was resolved.THANK YOU Denelle for your dedication, immense patience and professional manner. Jenny Internet Botswana the installation was quick and the staff were super friendly and kind. The internet connection is top notch and the staff respond to faults ASAP

They were surprisingly fast and are quick to respond to complaints . so far so good the internet services they offer are top notch services. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.
