Terrible service. Drive thru is a nightmare. When I asked the staff as I have been experiencing this many time. Apparently, they are understaffed.

About 4 times I've been complaining about table locators because it's not serving it's purpose. I was called to collect my order whilst I'm waiting for it at my table and when I tried to explain to the employee (Manager) he didn't want to understand, instead he tried to insult my intelligence by trying to explain something else about the table locators. I was angry and he just left me there on my table, but at least he brought my order. Please again, if there no enough manpower for the day, stop putting the table locators, period. I'm really not happy.

For the first time I decided to sit in at Carletonville McDonald's restaurant. It was a nightmare. It was so dirty. The tables were dirty and unkept. Our food was served in takeaway packaging as there were no clean trays. There was food on the floor. Outside tables were also very untidy.

The interactive touch screen might intimidate others however I love it. I can take my time going through the menu without fear of holding up the like or the cashier looking at me.They adhere to covid restrictions.

Bought 2 large milkshakes,waited for a very long time,then was informed the milkshake machine was broken,then i had to wait a long time for a refund even though we were just 2 customers in the restaurant.the manager was to occupied with her phone and when she did something she walked on her time like she wasnt in the mood to help anybody.never will i support them again
