A well kept and affordable block of apartments, easy access to public transport, your favorite stores and chill spots/restaurants. It’s very safe , love it!

There is always hot water issues in the building with no solution to solve it we sometimes shower with cold water before heading to work I mean its a consistent thing.Wifi can be down for more than 2 days with no one solving it as well. Parking is a major issue as well. Management does not communicate well they genuinely don't care!.

The security and staff are professional and courteous. The flat is upkept and very clean. The walls are not thin. So everyone keeps to their business. It is a new development so everything is up to date. Over and above; the whole Jewel City precinct/ environment is CLEAN and SAFE. The service from the various retailers deserve a kudos as well. For someone who works from home; I have never had a struggle with my wi-fi connectivity (fibre).

Great place for young people to live in, only bummer is that there’s no safe parking for visitors, can’t imagine having to park a car outside overnight in the area the building is located in :(
