If I could give a zero I would . Biggest scam1. Their joburg offices are empty nobody is ever there.2. Durban office (if it exists) intentionally ignores your emails, phone calls , messages they lie and say they will call they do not. They intentionally ignore all correspondence3. Charlotte in Durban hears a client calling and magically disappears with magical excuses once she was in a meeting all day4. They are a scam /bored line fraud - I have made multiple requests to get a refund they ignore5. Keenan lies and takes messages never calls back6. Refuse to give documents on time which in turn delays shipment.Do not trust themDo not do business with them

We have tried on Numerous occasions to get payment for services rendered in 2020 but to no avail. I would never suggest making use of their services

We used Calthol in August 2018 to get a UK film crew's equipment cleared on arrival in JHB. Reggie that assisted us was fantastic and we paid a large sum as a deposit that was promised back to us in 2 to 3 months. Well it has now been 5 months and the deposit has still not been paid back. I have written numerous emails with absolutely no luck. Every now and again someone will respond with 'we will follow up' but nothing happen and I still have no clue as to why it does not get paid back to us. Very frustrating!!

Never make a mistake and do business with this company. I'm still waiting for my refund from November till now...

Thank you to Nasr, Calvin, Jennifer, Spencer and to both the Cape Town Team and Durban Team for such an impeccable service! They were extremely patient and professional, making the process of moving my personal goods from LA to South Africa far less stressful than I had anticipated. My only issue was the upfront, clear communication on what to expect and the steps regarding the whole process should have been laid out in the first email because that also affected the lead time. But other than that I would definitely use them again!

This company is a scam. Paid for a shipment coming from Spain to Durban clearing took days and they kept on coming with excuses pay for storage, additional VAT etc. Never got my shipment had to hire another agency. If I could give them a zero star I would
