Cannot praise them enough. I have had my car serviced by them a few times. They are friendly, give great service and they are incredibly well priced. Today my fuel flap wouldn't open, I went to vw because they were closest and they wouldn't even look at the car. They wanted me to book it in before they would take a look, so I did the drive and went to Hatwagen and they helped me immediately without hesitation, within 5 minutes the issue was fixed and it saved me what I'm sure would have been close to R1000. They are AWESOME!

Service is absolutely top rated. Being a single woman and in trouble, Frans went out of his way to assist. Will recommend him to everyone and may this business be blessed beyond meausures.

They replaced 3 light bulbs on my car, took 5 minutes, charged R300. The following day my car wouldn’t start and I called Frans the owner who replaced the 3 bulbs. His reply, “it’s Friday today, I’m closing at 14:00, arrange with your insurance to tow your car to my workshop on Monday and I’ll have a look”. He wasn’t bothered at all that I’m stuck without a car for the whole weekend.I ended up calling a local guy I found on google who is an Auto Electrician, he came out immediately to my house and fixed my car !! Now this is called service and customer care !!!Frans from Hatwagen doesn’t care about his customers, so I suggest you try other places before your try him !!! He prefers to make money the easy way and doesn’t care about his customers!!! He clearly proved that to me !!!

I took my Dad's City Golf for a service and from me handing the vehicle over till collection, we were treated with respect and friendliness. The experience was Gr8 and I will not hesitate to go back to them. Well done to Franse and his team.

The owner goes out of his way to look and make sure everything is perfect with the vehicles that's been worked on in his workshop. Will always be safe with my vehicles going to Hatwagen!
