I have good news for cancer patients! Lebo at Palladium can make your human hair wig look amazing! He hi-lighted and styled it that it literally looks like my hair did before I got diagnosed! I had to go in to get a quote for on ombre. After feeling the vibe and great atmosphere i couldnt leave without the full experience - despite the price being much more exorbitant than im used to. The customers are treated like royalty, the staff are professional and welcoming. Everyone is offered complimentary hand massages, hot and cold beverages (including wine and champaign, yay!), and im sure i saw some one walking around with a tray full of yummy looking pancakes at one point, they even sneak in an excellent head massage while you get your hair washed. I had a main stylist working on my hair and she had an assistant helping her (or 3, at times). They even called me a few days later to check if i was happy with everything. All in all the service is exceptional and the staff are amazing, BUT i doubt the actual treatment/products used are any better than those that wouldve been used back home in Durban at the lady who runs her salon from a garage and would've charge a tenth of the price. The color washed out from the very first wash and now im going closer and closer to blonde - yikes! My hair also feels quite damaged and is breaking easily. I guess the price is more for the experience and atmosphere, which i reiterate, was truly amazing.

I had the most brilliant service at Palladium Cape Town. I went to get my hair done. After scheduling the appointment online from Germany, the appointment time was super short notice and they completely catered to my needs as i drove straight from the airport to the salon.I was so impressed with Carl who was my stylist. He spent two hours restyling my old hair style giving me a completely new and beautiful look.He's very professional, talented and friendly. Thank you so much Carl.Not only this, the team is very kind and polite. They made me feel so comfortable and constantly offered me tea/coffee. Much appreciated :) Thank you so much.

Absolutely loved my experience, the friendly staff and of course my hair! Abraham did such a fabulous job! It's worth the hour drive and it's worth a turn. So happy with my hair. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be doing my hair there regularly.
