Warning: If you are thinking of using this business, please don't, they have recently employed a con artists by the name of Hugo Coetzee. Please if you see a Parow Coachworks truck... Run! You will be saving your money. What is also suspicious.. none of the contact numbers exist of this company .

This was hands down the most disappointing towing service I have ever used highly unprofessional that's putting it VERY nicely .... I'm waiting for over 75 mins on the side of the n2 where I was told 35mins on a call and that they are leaving to me as we speak and it will take 35mins I looked my GPS said 37min if I had to drive to them.... Over 75mins and I'm still waiting lol!! It's dangerous but that clearly doesn't matter to them! I highly don't recommend this towing service unless you don't value your time. This service it's a JOKE. After about 85-90mins they finally got to me needles to say I ordered a flat bed and they showed up very late with a trailer that damaged my car as it's way to low that's why I ordered a flat bed...

Absolute putrid service and I hope you’ll get shut down. Tracker outsources these guys for roadside assistance call outs and I required assistance as my battery died while parked at Maiden’s Cove in Clifton Beach. An employee of Parow Coachworks arrives to “assist” and tries to con me by calling a tow truck and insisting the battery is not the issue. He got frustrated as my friends and I caught his scheme. He proceeded to hurl insults. He took his cables and said he’s going to leave us there to deal with the issue ourselves. He left us stranded. I would not put a dime into this business. They employ amateur scam artists.

Worst customer service I have ever had. They took over three months to fix my vehicle and kept me int he dark with progress. Loads of things was also missing from my vehicle when I finally got it back. Really unhappy with what was done.
