So our reliable land cruiser 100 decides to breakdown on the n7 before Clanwilliam in the rain with my wife and 3 month old daughter and on a Sunday no less. Amelia had the tow truck on its way in no time, Attie picked us up so we could get our daughter to Clanwilliam safely and Charles and Johan had a possible solution figured out in no time. Amelia organised us amazing accommodation and the car was fixed by 5pm. The next morning we were on our way to the Kalahari again only having lost one day of our trip. It's not just their service that's amazing but the concern and care they had for us as well. Just brilliant. If my car breaks down again anywhere in SA I am calling these guys.

We broke down outside of Clanwilliam on the afternoon of the 30th Dec in 40' heat with a burst radiater. Discovery Insure arranged a tow in service. The tow service was excellent, so quick, efficient and friendly. Being the New Year long weekend their workshop was closed till the 3rd Jan so they assisted us in finding accommodation and the tow truck driver was kind enough to wait after hours to lift us to the hotel. On the 3rd they ordered the part from CT and fitted it for us on the 4th Jan, ran a co2 test and test drove the vehicle. The service was great. We left immediately afterwards and made it home to JHB.

CMB has just been amazing! From assisting us when we broke down on a dirt road, they sent us an alternative vehicle to take us to our destination and even let our people know what happened. They towed the car and fixed it in record time, always communicating with us and updating us. Their friendly professional service truely saved our holiday and lessen the stress of having your vehicle breakdown far from home.

Reception couldn't give relevant information as to our vehicle towed to them over a weekend period.

Terrible attitude from the owner. If you've are reading this then you need to brighten up. Never came across such terrible people.

I have been helped to all my needs which was not part of their business. They seek parts for my vehicle and even got exstra parts to ensure the vehicle will be fixed.

Greatest people you can find. They went the extra mile to fix our Landrover staying in the workshop till past midnight trying to get us back on the road. Salt of the earth family.

My car broke down close to clanwilliam these guys offered me R1300 to tow my car in and R900 to work on my car so I thought its great service the manager Johan/ Attie promised me they don't do half jobs they said my car is in good hands. I live in Cape town so its difficult to check up on progress.i was told that my fuel injectors gave in and my top gasket blew. They kept my car for almost 2 months and send it to nissan without my permission got no quotes or feedback after asking every day how much it would cost, their answer is always sorry we can't answer you.I got a invoice of R60000 that's after i begged them that its covid -19 cashflow is low they ignored that and carried on and if you don't have the cash you can't have your car. I borrowed money. And payed them it was not even 2 weeks my car did the same before i got to work. I contacted the guys at CMB CLANWILLIAM AND THEY DID NOT GIVE 2 SHTS ABOUT MY CAR. THEY BLAMED NISSAN FOR FAULT BUT WHEN ON INSPECTION BY A PROFESSIONAL THEY FOUND THAT THESE GUYS DID NOT EVEN REPLACE MY TOP GASKET LET ALONE DO ANYTHING ON MY CAR.ON THE OTHER HAND I RECEIVED ALL MY REPLACED PARTS AND INVOICE FROM NISSAN( ACCUSED BY CMB) in my car but no evidence of CMBS WORK ON MY CAR I ASKED FOR PROOF OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IM STILL WAITING.
