Stand 20 min at the Kiosk with no assistance or at least assurance that I will be attended to. This was at 9:30am....lack of motivation from most of the staff is paramount!

15:37 in the afternoon and you have 4 tills open and extremely long queues. This is a daily thing. Then the security approach me asking why am taking photos of the store and had to show her am typing a Google review. All of a sudden I get pulled from the queue to be assisted by someone at the kiosk. Seriously this isn't the first time I've adress this with store management, even if you don't have a float for a cashier, just place someone there and make it a cards only.

Doesn't matter what time of the day you go, there will always be a maximum of 3 cashiers and a line of 15-customers waiting forever...

Pick n pay the Marc is a perfect example of how upgrading the store and having new products does not boost business.The store is great, but with the same old staff and their attitudes you will never be able to compete with your elite supermarkets.Encourage your staff to be friendly, your staff sells your products not your prices. Do better.

Buyers have little to zero room to get quality or freshness wrong, when catering for such a sophisticated lot.
