I did not get to make use of the salon due to an extremely rude response from the owner.The owner seems to have a mental issue and is beyond arrogant.She is far from being customer friendly and feel sorry for her employees.She thinks she is better than everyone and has a massive attitude.

Andrea gives you straight up advice. Even if you deny that your hair is greying, she will tell you the truth and offer a variety of solutions. She understands what you want and knows best how to get it. Great haircut too.

I have trust issues when it comes to my hair (too many people got it wrong for too long), but when my fiancé said she wanted to spoil me with a highlight, cut and blowdry at Step Up, I was really happy that I went! Amazing people, with incredible talent and a passion for what they do! Extremely reasonable pricing for the services they offer, and awesome coffee while you are being treated like royalty.Szarah is wonderfully talented and followed my directions to what I wanted to a Tee, I swear Oscar has magic hands when he handled my hair at the washbasin, Melissa was super friendly and you can tell Andrea wants to make everyone who walks through the door feel special.I look forward to returning in a few weeks time to get the vibrant colors I've always wanted :)

A lovely welcome to a very nicely decorated salon. There is parking behind the building and the free cappuccino was first class. My hairdresser Fiona just moved to this salon and I can highly recommend her too.
