Massage was fine but the table was squeaky and unstable. I had aromatherapy but didn’t get any particular nice scents.Also I was told I could use the sauna and steam facilities however, when I had my massage and wanted to enjoy them afterwards I was told I’d have to wait for them to be turned on and heated. If they had told me before the massage that would have been better.

My husband and I came here to get some massage services. When we arrived, the door was locked, and their was a sign on the door that stated the ring bell, and someone will be with you shortly. We stood outside for 20 mins, and no one ever came. We even texted their whatsapp number, and no one responded until 3 hours later. I will not recommend this place. We ended up going to the mall and getting our massages down there. Waste of time and car fare.

My daughter and I visited K Spa Waterfront on 21 June 2023. I have visited spa's accross Africa and Europe, and can only say that this was the best full body massage I have ever had. My daughter agrees. The receptionist assisted me to find their location, the staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at their profession, the massage beds are heated (it was quite a cold day). I recommend K Spa without hesitation. I will be back.

The wellness massage my wife and I received on November 3 was absolutely fantastic and relaxing!The dedication, kindness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. We highly recommend this to anyone who needs a break-either from work or from (too) intensive touristic activities. Worth a journey!

Good Spa, But after doing my rounds of laser, I still have lots of hair, However I cannot blame them as I am busy breastfeeding .You always have to pay for parking as they dont dont have free parking .The girls never answer their phone just incase you would like to notify them of something or make changes to your appointments.its ok, I expected more from the SPa though, Like a cup of water while you wait kind of vibe.Regina is great though:-)

K Spa is one of my favorite escapes!I go to K Spa for massages, facials and pedicures and I have also done laser a few years back (which was lasting).I pop in on a weekly basis to use their spa facilities and am met by lovely, welcoming people and a warm, relaxing space.You get great packages (incredible facials at a good price) and they know what they are doing, how to treat your skin and how to address what you are trying to accomplish!Massages are THE BEST! I have to date (4 + years) never had a single bad (or less than great) experience at K Spa.
