Ordered via Uber eats. I explicitly ordered heavy jalapeños added to my extra long Chilli cheese burger, yet when it arrived there was no jalapeños in sight. The food was also not good, especially not compared to other burger kind restaurants. I do not recommend this branch to anyone. Rather take the little drive to the Cape Gate order

The worst burger king ever. Their food is always messed up and never fresh. You never get what you ordered... Just what they can make do. A surprise is always in the bag... Either your double whopper is only a single or your Nacho fries have I only 3 jalapenos.Try N1 City burger king ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ way better

Very long wait for your food, like 20 minute waits. Most customers who order here are obnoxious and keep up the queue and the teller won’t tell them that they must hurry up. Not enough staff for online and in store orders. Bad Franchise Owner, clearly profit is all that matters.

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews especially for my favourite burger spot Burger King. I just got out of the cinema and decided to get some burger king with my boyfriend as we tried to pay with our wicode, we used the app to get discounted items the cashier said we can't use our wicode because we ordered items on special. Which obviously made no sense since it's just another form of payment. Eventually we asked him to call his manager after all the back and forth who then corrected it for him. After that he ended up taking our order but then walked away without giving us any of our change at all forcing us to stand there and wave for someone's attention to give us our change

Always full on weekends, cheap meals but the place tends to be overcrowded. Best as a takeout place, don't dine in unless it's during the day time.

Awesome venue for birthday parties. No venue fee. They can't book a table for party. So if your party starts at 2, get there at 1 to set up tables the way you want. The play area is really nice for kids of all ages to be kept busy. All you pay for is the kiddies meals

Food is ok, but place is always dirty, staff all standing around at the counter.16/02/2021More than a year that I've been here, no changes, it's gotten even worse - full staff, but service is extremely slow, incorrect items on order, staff scream over each other, your systems are freezing, I really think you should close down.
