Superb gents barbershop with adies hair study adjoining. Very high quality service and haircut. Go for the head massage alone thrown in with the haircut.

All I can say is if you go there you must let Ramone don your hair. He is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the staff are super friendly.

Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience at Carlton Steenberg with Carey. She came highly recommended but bleached my hair in heavy streaking, Avril Lavigne style, instead of the beautiful balayage images we had discussed. The colours are in all the wrong places, I have no blending or blonde in the front parts of my hair - as was intended. There were not multiple tones used, just one. I paid a lot to do it properly at Carlton. It looks nothing like what I asked for and upon telling her I was unhappy, she told me to make another appointment (and pay again) to fix it. She asked me to wait a week and see if I was happier, I sent her messages and photos a week later to which she responded with defensiveness and an unwillingness to fix the mistake. I won’t go back. I now need to pay a fortune again to go somewhere else to fix it. If only I could share the pictures here! Very disappointed.

Fantastic service and everyone is so friendly. They have a barbershop for the men, that just works so well and the shaves and hair cuts are amazing. An experience I would advise to all men.
