Whale View Manor And Spa

We went here for a short weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. We decided on a sea facing room, which located on the second floor of the Whale View Manor provides a fantastic and unobstructed view of the ocean.Also on the premises of Whale View Manor is a spa where we enjoyed a wonderful couples massage with Delia.Our host Elsa was warm, friendly and generally fantastic.The rooms come with a complementary breakfast which was also simply fantastic and really enjoyable.There are a small number of parking spots available on the premises, with additional off street parking available right outside.We would certainly stay here again, without any hesitation.

WONDERFUL hospitality. We booked later in the evening as we arrived at sunset to see the penguins. Bambi was able to welcome and accommodate us. Such gracious hospitality. The breakfasts are DELICIOUS and the location PERFECT. Right across the road from the ocean...you can hear and see the beautiful ocean from your room. Easy swimming access. Beautiful verandas. Awesome value. We would have stayed longer if we had time! Elsa, Bambi, and Tak are amazing. Also, they have secure parking, which is a plus.

This charming manor is set in the quiet little suburb of Simonstown close to the famous Boulders Penguin Colony. Nice breakfast and for the proximity to the beach I would say is worth good value for money if you're needing a break from the city. It is close enough to Kalk Bay or Saint James if you'd like to explore further down. It's also got a cosy living room for relaxing or loungers with views onto the ocean if you'd like to read outdoors.

Beautiful, quaint and peaceful. Absolutely loved our first little family holiday and the perfect location to enjoy what the other side of Cape Town offers.Nestled near the Cape Point in a little town called Simon’s Town, is Whale View Manor and Spa.Elsa and her staff were so welcoming and friendly and made the stay even that much better.Highly recommend this little gem.

Friendly friendly friendly staff.The reception was welcomed.The rooms clean,there's wifi,tv room,and a lovely beach which is not crowded at all.Thank you sooo much for a comfortable stay.Woukd recommend it for sure.

AWESOME ATMOSPHERE. & BEACH

Spectacular views, excellent service, friendly staff, and good meeting facilities. Just pop out of your room for a fresh air experience, superb Indian Ocean swim, walk, paddle or cycle. True SA hospitality!

What a wonderful little gem of a place in this quiet and picturesque little corner of Cape Town. The sea views are unrivaled. The breakfast is exquisite. The rooms are luxurious. It is owner-run which is always important to me. And you can book a spa treatment right there! You can soak up the calm with your feet in the sea sand 5 minute walk away. I can strongly recommend this little oasis.
