The atmosphere is lovely, perfect for a romantic date night or a special occasion. The servers were kind and meticulous, we never felt like we were ignored. The food was incredible! You could really tell that effort is put into everything. The only, only thing to keep in mind is that it is more on the pricey side, but it's worth it, and it's definitely worth the price for that special occasion!

Spacious with lovely decor and good ambience. Covered outdoor and indoor seating. Food was good. Menu not child friendly but the service was wonderful and the kitchen was accommodating enough to cater for kids. Price range was average.

Love the atmosphere and the staff is so friendly and they really go out of their way. Their beef cuts are the best. Can’t go wrong with that. Delicious and refreshing cocktails!

Before I get to the food I’d like to say the service? A complete 10/10, the waiters are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the menu, everything we had to eat was suggested by our waiter and we had zero regrets. It had actually been a long time since we’d been to this mall so we went there with the plan of going to eat at cupaccinos only to find that it had long closed and been replaced so we decided to go in anyway purely because of nostalgia and it was the best decision we made that day. Fantastic ambience and aesthetics are great for Instagram posts if you’re into that sort of thing. We had mains, dessert and 3 cocktails each and our bill was around R1000 for the both of us inclusive of tip so the prices are pretty reasonable. The outside area is a bit loud but that’s also because it is located in a the main food court that includes a play area so sit indoors if you’re looking for a more quieter experience.

All in all a lovely evening. Proper food takes a short while to prepare and our meals were worth the wait. We both had the chicken and short rib combo. I had greens with mine and my son had chips. Both were also served with chalalaka. My veg were great. All in all, our meals were fantastic and the flavours were spot on. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the short rib was tougher than it should be. The chicken was amazing. Service was a little absent minded. The one annoyance for me was the hissing sound the kitchen and managers constantly make to get the attention of the staff. Less intrusive than a bell, but there are other options such as vibrating pagers etc. apart from that, the evening was great.

I loved it alot. Was not my choice but my daughter's as she was celebrating her achievements of been number 1 in grade 6A at S.A collage Private school. She even got a free dessert from Wood & Fire. Thank you for making my daughter's day so special. We even left a good tip to our table attendant.

Ive been 2 minded about posting this but as I arrived at the door and waited to be seated a white couple came up behind me and the waitress actually ignored me and walked past me to go to them, it hurt to be treated like this at the establishment but I appreciated the gentleman who saw that and quickly came to usher me in to a table. I was very glad when the couple left after studying the menu, they didnt order anything. So other than that... Nice atmosphere and ambience, great service from the waiter who assisted me, food presentation is good, cocktail was well made and presented, however the food flavour is not on point, I found it bland. Dessert was okay, cheese cake crust was hard very close to a rusk.

We waited a good 45-60 minutes for our food and it wasn’t all that busy. I think they had to slaughter the animals first before they could prepare our meals. The chicken was dry but at least it was cooked thoroughly to avoid salmonella, the lamb chops weren’t so tender and the beef was okay. The meat could have had more seasoning because it was kinda bland, even the BBQ basting was practically tasteless. Their “chips”, really they should be called potato crisps because that’s what they are.Their milkshakes are very creamy, delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. I wouldn’t come back for the lunch/dinner options, maybe their breakfast is better.Their decor is beautiful, great ambiance and the music was cool.
