Disgusting service.Manager is terribly rude, and security is pathetic.You don't even deserve one star.

This is not a reflection of the company but to act as a warning to others to avoid being scammed. I replied to a Facebook marketplace ad for a vehicle. Did all liaising via Whatsapp and cell calls. When it came time to make a deposit, which was to an individual's account - i got suspicious. He justified it as it being a Director's account and it is done into there incase I cancel, then the refund can be done immediately as opposed to the business account. Still being suspicious, I called the switchboard number who confirmed the person I am dealing with (Jason) does not exist there and that I was being scammed. So do research before making any payments. I am sorry they used this company as their front... But I have reported the seller on Facebook as well.

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phones , call back promises are not met. They have my vehicle which they need to assess and give me an offer for the process is taking too long and there are contradictory messages from the staff

Spoke to a guy through what's app and the agreement he sent me had more than one spelling error and another issue I won't say cz I don't want them knowing what's suspicious if it was a scam

They will take your deposit, and then give you grief when its time to be refunded.Be warned!
