Have been waiting for hours to be helped. There are consultants available but none to assist the clients. Terrible service, I sincerely hope that head office sees the reviews ons this site and does something about this.

Decent service, but it takes a long time to get to the point where a consultant is ready to assist you. If you need to get something done at the bank, bring all your patience and pehaps a book to read while you wait.

Waiting for a hour already no assistance, just hear all the consultants laughing none helping or anything, most terrible waiting period. There are over 15 people waiting for help its been 35 minutes without them even calling one person.But plenty consultants.
