I visited here as I was told they had something I needed by a mate of mine.The store is in a Centre with some other retailer stores and a restaurant,Plenty parking and the store is well sign posted.Upon entry one is to wear a mask, have your temp. checked and clean your hands with alcohol based spray.Not all their stock is on the shelves as, so ask a staff member for assistance, I learnt when I searched for the item I was after, a staff member retrieved it from the store.They have a variety of different items, from cell phones, electronics, sports equip. and house hold items, prices are reasonable but some of the goods are not in good condition, but then it is second hand goods.The staff is friendly and more than helpful, the store is reasonably stocked and neatly laid out.So if you are looking for used items in order to save some money, head on out to Cash Crusaders in Plumstead, you may find what you are looking for.

Top class assistance received from Jayden. Arrived 10 minutes just before closing time on a Sunday afternoon for a laptop I was interested in. Was packed away, he brought out the laptop, went through the laptop specs and other adaptors it included. And that was it, deal done in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this branch which is 31km away from where I live.

I can not say don't buy from them...I purchased a new sound bar after 2weeks the subwoofer stopped working i returned it back they kept it and say for repair... I wonder how can they just open a new appliance just bought it after 2 weeks how will that be before even a year? Other stores i know they could exchange for me but cash Crusaders with their policy i was done the same very day...

Very impressive service from this branch. I am not in the area but I was able to deal with Maxine over the phone and she assisted all the way - from making sure the items were in good condition to even going a step beyond to bubble wrap it and make sure the courier collected. I called her about 5 times and she was exceptional, answering all my questions and making sure I was happy.A big shout out to the online team who takes time to post the new incoming products on social media - keep it up! Without you I would not have managed to get such a great deal.Overall, it was a smooth process. I can’t speak for the store itself because I didn’t actually go into it to make my purchase but the people involved behind the scenes are an asset to the branch and the franchise. Be prepared for a lower than this experience when going to into this store. I went in this morning to place my laptop on buy back" and dealt with the manager Roxanne.Her attitude is absolutely appalling. First of all don't expect to get a "hello or good morning ". Secondly it is extremely stressful and soul destroying

Very exapensive secondhand items on sale here, maybe its cheaper at the other branches. Seen some of the same stuff on Gumtree, in a better condition for cheaper. Staff seem eager to help which is a plus. One thing, the staff plays the kakest recordings and the worst quality when doing a demo.

I’d like to applaud Igshaan Dramat for outstanding service when I purchased my son’s first bike and it needed assembling, which he did without complaint which was not required of him to do so. You’re an asset to your work place buddy, don’t change. From Vuyo and family.

I bought a phone from them a year ago. The screen broke almost 2 months ago so obviously i had to hand it in to get sent to repairs. I waited almost 2 months to get it back and when i got it back, it was missing the sim card holder and the phone case. Not only that but the inside of the sim slot is completely broken. The repair shop broke my phone. When i took it in, it was in perfect condition besides the broken screen and LCD but when i got it back after months it now suddenly is broken so now the branch wants me to return it on monday and wait yet again another 2 months. This is unacceptable, ive exposed the store on social media and do not recomment buying their phones unless you're okay with dissapointment.

Like all cash crusaders, you can expect slow slow slow SLOW, service. Staff joking around having no sense of urgency to assist customers. Staff are at least friendly which I guess you can take away from the experience. As a silver lining, how ever my main concern is when always when it is busy. Only one till is always open, at every branch I have been to. Why????? When there are multiple people needing to be helped why is never the other till opened???? If you not going to be using it ever??? That is a poor use of space then having the counter opened up and clear then making the space look a lot more easier on the eyes. It looks congested and dirty having items on the table with the computer that is never being used there as well being wasted on staff that doesn't seem to want to go the extra mile to give a good experience.

The person I communicated with on Facebook was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, when i arrived at the premises, the sales person seemed so rushed and the cashier had the attitude that the sun was shining out her behind. Well done to media manager...other staff not so effective.
