Dr Ilse Potgieter - Pniel Practice

I have known Dr. Potgieter since she took over the practice, many years ago. She is very ethical and professional and goes the extra mile to assist her patients. We are thankful to have such a caring doctor in our town. I can totally recommend her!

Always good to read feedback from others before you go there yourself, so here's my feedback. I will never return to Dr Potgieter. We went there to get a referral letter, because a GP can not assist and you can only get a referral letter from a GP to be able to see a specialist. Dr Potgieter is so unprofessional and was laughing about the questions that was asked after showing her the area which is very personal to us and visible. She carried on laughing till we decided to leave the practice without even trying to explain why she's laughing. She acted like beavis and butthead and I'd suggest to never go see her for any personal medical advise or even support at all, unless you want to support a local doctor who needs a doctor.

Very professional doctor. If you make an appointment she is always on time which is great. Has excellent knowledge and always sorts my problems out.You dont get GPs like this anymore.

I have been going to Dr Potgieter for over 20 years. I highly recommend her services she is always ready to help with any referrals or needs you have. Not only does she conduct herself professionally but she is easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor which is refreshing and helps you feel at ease. If you want a doctor who takes their time to find out what you need and what is best for you Dr Potgieter is the best.

Been going to Dr. Potgieter for over 10 years and throughout she has stayed consistent in her professionalism and ABBA playlist. She is always caring and thoughtful and has put me at complete ease. Great humour. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.
