The staff were really friendly and provided professional service. However, after two visits in one day, I am dismayed by the outcome. I had my phone stolen and had intended to blacklist the device with my IMEI number at my second visit. There seems to be severe miscommunication between the SAPS and Vodacom about responsibilities. Although, the information I received from the SAPS website was congruent with what the officer advised me in person. Yet at the Vodacom shop, the advice I received was not quite the same as what I read on the website or what was mentioned when I called them. I would recommend reading up a bit before you go to either a Vodacom shop or the police as this will save you a great deal of wasted trips. Attempt to block your SIM and blacklist your device over the phone and receive an ITC number before going to the police. I now fear that I will be unable to blacklist my device due to already having performed a sim swop.

Worst service ever. If I could give a zero rating I would. None of them come back to you as promised and they have absolutely no follow through on clients!

Struggled to get service from this place, they take Two weeks to get stock, and I was a customer Since 2005 and they did not consider it. Very dissapointed and after I upgraded they still did not have the exact phone I wanted.

I went there for a gel screen protector. Excellent work. It was the 2nd one I got. The 1st I got from somewhere close by at a different company and it had lots of bubbles that did not dissapear a promised. At Vodacom though their service qas excellent! A student helped me and he was só friendly and helpful. Excellent job ✔ . There were a choice between 3 screen protectors. A gloss, matt and dark. The gloss was R299 and the matt R399. There is even a 7 day warranty on the product. I would really not use another type of screen protector again and will always fo back to Vodacom to replace it, because their service is both good and friendly.

After a rather unfortunate experience I had with Vodacom regarding an online application for a contract, I came to this branch and got instant help. I want to thank Juan for helping me and giving me excellent service!

If I could I give it a zero rating. Worst vodacom ever! My phone is not even a month old. And it was already in for repairs. When I got my phone back my screen is cracked and scratch. That is how they respect clients property. I haven't got to my first payment yet. Please think twice before you go to vodacom mimosa mall Bloemfontein.

Worst VodaShop in the country, if I could, I would have given them a 0. You can call all you want, they won’t call you back and make promises they can’t keep. Save yourself some time and go to a Vodashop with professional staff. I am considering to just move my contract to MTN or any other reliable network. Northridge mall has better customer service. I wish their shop was more central.

EDIT: I spoke to Vodacom on facebook, just as useless and unable to assist as the branch. It has been 3 weeks without the watch, no ETA and we have to call them for feedback otherwise we don't hear a thing. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service.Don't expect planning or proper communication from this branch. We ordered a Huawei Nova 10 se and a Huawei Fit 2. Kent first said we can come Friday to pick up the phone and then the watch will be here on Tuesday (Today) Due to some billing related issues we agreed to pick up the watch and phone today only to get there and hear the watch is out of stock at both the branch and the warehouse. This is pathetic service. You are suppose to under promise and over deliver not the other way around. You also get a R250 voucher, but they don't have cases for the phones they sell or glass screen protectors. In the gell screen protectors they also only have half the stock. There is also no ETA on the watch.
