Freshly Delivered

Everyone needs these folks. I do 100% of my shopping online since Covid and no one beats this business for reliability, value for money and customer service. If there is anything they can't supply (rare) a human (!) calls with alternative option, and they respond to emails and queries immediately, even after hours. The food is affordable, fresh, and caters for low budgets and those that can afford treats. If there was a plastic-free option for delivering goods, I would give them 6 stars.

Out of the 5 apricots 2 were off. Sometimes the quality is good not always. There is always something that is not 100% fresh and I always find myself throwing something away as I open the containers up.Update:The company have reached out to me, I was offered a voucher and a promise for improved quality. lets see what happens on my next order

I wanted to rate my first experience a 3 because I feel a 2 is too harsh but I think it's crucial to see reviews other than influencers whereby the real experiences happen. Firstly I only received my order after 7pm and there was about 5 items which consisted of bundles so alot more than 5 missing. I unfortunately don't like that I had to call after 5pm to find out if I am still getting my order. I feel like some sort of communication would have been nice. Not all is bad though because the lady I spoke to was very nice and I'm not angry or anything I'm merely disappointed. I will be giving them another chance because I believe in it and I don't have time for grocery stores but there are other options out there so I hope the service improves(I have since updated to a 3 because I have never received such sincere after sales support) thank you to the team and I will be giving them another chance

I have nothing but praise......good quality fruit and vegetables, ready to cook range ....fresh and convenient, bakery and dairy products ...... excellent. Very reasonably priced. Delivered the next day by courteous, friendly young men. Two minor problems were addressed efficiently and speedily. Telephonic communication very professional. I have been ordering weekly since lockdown and would recommend Freshly Delivered without hesitation.

We have used Freshly Delivered in the past and have always had excellent service as well as fruit and veg of the highest quality. Today for the first time we had a small problem with one item of fruit. I have been so incredibly impressed by the service and response from the staff when I contacted them to tell them about it. Within an hour of my items being delivered I was sent a gift voucher, after I had sent them a photo of the problem, to use next time I shopped which I most certainly will do. I was given a choice of a full refund for the items or I could have new items delivered the following day. I chose the gift voucher as I really didn't want them to come all the way out here again just to deliver one item. I also received a phone call and an e-mail from one of the managers to apologise for the problem. This is service of the highest quality. It is said that the quality of the service is measured not by how good it is when things are going well, but how they deal with things when there are problems. After this, I will definitely continue to order from Freshly Delivered.

I've ordered quite a few times and will continue using their services. Their products are of a high standard; the prices are really reasonable; their customer service is impeccable ; they have expanded their range of products very quickly and their delivery is so efficient and fast!

I was so happy at the swift delivery and the driver ensuring I received all my products. The croissants are really fresh, the potstickers very tasty and their products are well priced.
