Only had good experiences here. Recommended the Brekkie crunch, always fresh and tastes so good. Good stop if you need a brekkie to Kickstart your day during load shedding.

Was a good stop in for a breakfast wrap was up too par and enjoyable. The staff were engaging and friendly with covid regulations in place with sanitizing and masks in place. So if you need a quick bite or a cup of coffee pop in and enjoy.

The chicken was horrible. I honestly don't have words to even describe how bad it was. What I don't understand is the fact that we drive to these places, spend money of fuel just to get back home and have such a horrible experience. Does no one care about the consumer anymore. Did people forget that it's the customer paying their salaries and that we don't have businesses if we don't have customers or do they bet on the brand that is solid and will always have customers. I had a few bad experiences with the food here, kept going back because of my daughter and this was my last. No more KFC.

Arrived 30mins before closing time on a public holiday. We're only informed 10mins after ordering that there's a 15min waiting time for chicken. That 15mins became 35mins. No apologies offered.

Always a great experience. Always operational during loadshed as they do have a generator. Just sometimes they run out of ice cream

I placed my order via the drive-thru, paid and was told to wait 5mins in front because they're still busy with the wings that came with my meal. I waited for 20mins in the heat and no one came to deliver the food, I had to physically go in to collect. What a waste when the whole purpose of going via a drive-thru is to not still get out of one's car. No apology for the delay from the staff either. Sad to say they won't be seeing me again. ☹️

Poor serviceOrdered the food and told me to wait 5 min waited 40 good minutes and people who came after me wre being served and it ain't the first time big up to KFC Eestriver went thre got what l wanted within 3min
