Our stay at St Anne's was amazing and restful. The garden room overlooks the pool area. Stunning, luxurious room and the hosts are most welcoming. This place is a must when in Durban!

The most difficult host to deal with! Shes unpleasant and rude! We had to pick up every tiny piece of balloon that was on the grass! She refused to allow us to use the freezer, all my ice creams melted! She refused to asist us with a spare table! Was the most horrible experience, this venue should never be booked!she only talks about charging me for every small favour , which i didnt mind paying! The lady running the place is a rude arrogant lady and she spoilt my childs special day!

The hosts are welcoming and friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are beautiful especially the Garden room. Has a beautiful garden n pool nl fire place where u can just relax. Love this Guesthouse n it's close to the Mall n restaurants. Thank you for an awesome experience.

An amazing retreat. Wonderful host and hostess. It will most certainly become my home away from home. The home is colonial bordering on palatial. Tranquil garden setting and very well furbished bedrooms.

We booked our accommodation a few weeks in advance and our booking was confirmed. We checked again prior to booking our flights and the guy told us that we should go ahead and book flights our accommodation was secured. When we arrived at St Annes Guesthouse we were told we were not on the system and the house was fully booked for the weekend. The guy even hung up the phone on us when we called for check-in. Absolutely terrible experience! We were stranded in Durban with no place to sleep.

We booked this place few weeks in advance. Our booking was confirmed. We called again a few days before to confirm the booking and they confirmed a room was reserved for us. On the day we arrived we were told the place is fully booked and they had to cancel our reservation, leaving us stranded in Durban. Didn't inform us in advance- only told us after we had arrived. Absolutely shocking. Be careful with booking this place.

Very good atmosphere. Lovely place to host a party ,whether it's a birthday /wedding/baby shower no matter what's the occasion.,lovey pool as well Toilets are clean and tidy .
