Worst customer service I have ever received. This is why people use Uber Eats, because they understand service delivery. Managed to speak to a call agent and a manager who continuously told me I was wrong and at the same time admitted there was technical errors on their side. Will never use the app or the service again.

We placed an order at 18:15. It was never delivered. Neither Panarottis Forest Hill Mall nor Mr D would take responsibility for their poor service with the one blaming the other for non delivery. Nobody was capable of sorting out the issue. My rating is actually 0 stars

Normally I get excellent service, but today I got poor service. I paid for an order that never went through and was never refunded. So I placed another order the pizza got here cold and the crusts hard. Very disappointed.

Whenever I need to order, the Mr D drivers are always at capacity. I find this service absolutely useless in the Rooihuiskraal North area. Its so frustrating.

Over 30 minutes on hold, for an order you could not fulfill. Cash refunded to your app and not my account. Fast to take my money and not deliver. 5 days to refund. Don't use this service.

Second time I phoned for a delivery the last couple of weeks and was again informed I cannot place an order since no drivers or restaurants were available. Each time I was also advised to phone back later.

Completely sh*t service. The were network issues and i wasn't able the driver wasn't able to get hold of me, literally 20 minutes after the failed delivery i called you people to fix tell the driver to turn back and I was told its not possible and i would only get a 50% refund.. How can it not be possible? Im not asking you to bend the laws of physics. I WILL NOT USE YOU PEOPLE AGAIN. YOU SHOULD ADD A FEATURE TO DELETE ONE'S PROFILE ON YOUR AND WEBSITE!!

Worst experience ever. Got my order wrong, then call centre number does not work. Then driver leaves with food. Team leader was sarcastic and rude and very familiar. Issue still not resolved. R100 food voucher is not going to solve my problem.

My final order was with Pepperatti Hennopspark. Their menu is misleading. Advert stated 2 viennas, see photo (webpage wont upload), one Vienna cut in half.
